(And I mean descriptive in the sense of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Descriptive_linguistics">descriptive</a> vs <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prescriptive_linguistics">prescriptive</a> grammar) The closing line: &quot;...will be cleaned daily&quot; looks like the message to me. Sounds like the artist is saying: Authorities, if you can't keep people from urinating on the street, at least clean up after them.<br /> <br />A similar message could probably be sent about drug laws and their enforceability. Not that I can come up with a pithy tagline at the moment.
